I’m new to knitting and I’m trying my hand a plain scarf. I’d like to do one row knit, one row pearl, etc, but in the past when I’ve done this, it has always curled up from the outside in towards the middle. Is there anything I can do to prevent this or fix the problem?
Even when I tried always knitting the first and last 5 stitches of every row, it just starts curling further in.

Knitting little too tightly you block the scarf that tends to even it to even it out and provide nice finish.
