Stockinette stitch basically is to knit one row then purl the next row and just continue in this alternating pattern until you’re done with the twelve rows.

Very easy! Thanks! I made these for my oldest daughter. Now my younger daughter and son want a pair. Design is easy enough to adjust for smaller hands.
