when she tell us how to cast on its not THAT hard. All you do is wrap the yarn around each peg until you get to the starting point. Then you do it again. Then you take your needle thingy and pull each bottom stitch over the top, after done with that row, wrap the yarn around the pegs agiain once, and pull the bottom over the top. Continue on. I still dont know how to cast off though. I cant find a video!!
